  • 1. What is Go! Salary?

    Go! Salary Loan is a multi-purpose, no collateral loan offered to employees of companies accredited under the Salary Loan Program. In partnership with the company, Go! Salary Loan provides employees an easy access to loan as one of the solutions to their personal consumption needs such as education, travel, emergencies and home improvement. It offers a more convenient way of applying for a loan via online and provides affordable payment term via salary deduction.

  • 2. Am I eligible to apply?

    You can apply for loan when the following criteria are met:

    1) At least 21 years old and not more than 60 years old at loan maturity.

    2) With permanent or regular employment status.

  • 3. How much am I allowed to borrow?

    The minimum loan amount is Php 10,000 and the maximum amount is determined based on the applicable credit ratio or the ratio of monthly installment against the net income.

  • 4. How do I apply?

    Here are the easy steps in applying for a Robinsons Bank Go! Salary Loan from your assigned company URL:

    1) Indicate your position, estimated monthly salary, desired loan amount and payment term.

    2) Fill out the online application form.

    3) Submit the online form together with required documents.

    4) Wait for processing and approval of application.

  • 5. Do I need to submit documents?

    Yes, after completing the online application form, please attach a copy of your Government ID, and your latest one month payslip.

  • 6. Does my HR need to check or endorse my application?

    Yes. Go! Salary Loan Program is a partnership between the employer/company and the Robinsons Bank, thus, the HR has to check and endorse all loan applications to ensure that the agreed terms and conditions of the loan program is strictly implemented.

  • 7. How long will Robinsons Bank evaluate my application?

    Processing time is within 3 banking days.

  • 8. How will I know if my loan is approved?

    An email and SMS notification will be sent to your identified email address and mobile or cellphone number. An Account Assistant may also call you.

  • 9. How will I receive my loan proceeds?

    Your loan payout will be credited to:

    1) Your RBank payroll account or

    2) Your nominated bank account (subject to applicable fees)

  • 10. Are there service fees or charges?

    Yes, service and processing fees shall apply and will be deducted from the loan proceeds.

  • 11. How do I pay my loan?

    Loan payment is via salary deduction to be facilitated by the Employer/Company and will be remitted monthly to RBank.

  • 12. Am I eligible for a re-loan?

    Re-loan is allowed upon payment of the prescribed percentage of principal amount, as agreed upon by the bank and the Employer-Company.

  • 13. What will happen to my loan if I separate or resign from the company?

    In case of separation or resignation, the outstanding balance of the loan is due and demandable. As such, it shall be deducted from the last pay of the employee.

  • 14. Is there a credit insurance?

    Yes. The credit insurance shall pay for the loan's outstanding balance in case of the demise or untimely death of the principal borrower.
